Work Teams—When people decide to visit Agape through a work trip, they will most often be doing manual labor. From building classrooms, installing fences, to painting; there are various types of tasks we might ask a work team to complete. If you have a specific trade to offer Agape, please let us know. We can use you! If you have a group of people who would like to visit Agape on a work team, please contact us so we can let you know our needs. If you are an individual interested in getting your hands dirty in Africa with some hard work, please let us know and we can tell you if there are upcoming work teams you can join. Work trips usually end with a safari on the spectacular Maasai Mara Game Preserve. Experiencing the wonders of God’s creation provides a splendid conclusion to any visit to Africa. Work trips will generally range anywhere between 2 ½ to 3 ½ weeks, depending on the project and the group. Ministry Teams—Some church or school groups want to visit Agape to minister in a specific way, such as by conduction Vacation Bible School, a Christian sports camp, or an evangelistic campaign. If your church or school group is interested in serving the people of Africa through a specific ministry, please contact us know so we can discuss the opportunities for ministry with you. Ministry trips usually end with a safari on the spectacular Maasai Mara Game Preserve. Experiencing the wonders of God’s creation provides a splendid conclusion to any visit to Africa. Ministry trips will generally range anywhere between 2 ½ to 3 ½ weeks, depending on the ministry activity and the group. Vision Teams—There are many people who have heard about Agape and would like to visit Kenya to see firsthand what the Lord is doing through Agape. If you would like to learn about Agape, a “Vision Team” touring Agape’s various ministries and facilities in Kenya may be ideal. In addition, if your schedule allows, the vision trip can end with a safari on the spectacular Maasai Mara Game Preserve. Experiencing the wonders of God’s creation provides a splendid conclusion to any visit to Africa. Vision trips will generally range anywhere between 1 ½ to 2 ½ weeks, depending on the agreed upon itinerary. |
